Day 1 – Gateway Airport Home/Taipei
Check in at your International Airport for a connection flight for Taipei. Cross the International Date Line.
Day 2 – Taipei/Singapore
Change the connection flight at Taipei and arrive at Singapore, you will be met at the airport by your tour guide and transferred to the hotel.
Day 3 – Singapore
Full day city tour to explore the Raffles Landing Site, where Sir Stamford Raffles is believed to have first stepped ashore in 1819 in search of a new trading port for the British East India Company. Reveal the city’s colonial heritage, including the former Parliament House, the Victoria Theater, originally built as the Town Hall in 1862, and the Old Supreme Court Building. Visit Chinatown and Little India, delving into their rich traditions and savoring the exotic smells, sights and sound that emanate from its bustling streets and shopfronts. Your final stop will be to the UNESCO listed Singapore Botanic Gardens where you will enjoy a leisurely walk through the National Orchid Garden featuring a sprawling display of 60,000 orchids.
Day 4 – Singapore
Visit the Resort World Sentosa.
Day 5 – Singapore/Taipei
Transfer to Changi Airport and fly to Taipei. The capital of Republic of China. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 6 – Taipei
Visit the late Chinese Nationalist leader Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and Longshan Temple. Lunch at Ding Tai Feng Restaurant. Sightseeing include Taipei 101, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world, and Lin An Tai Historical House and Museum, one of the oldest houses in Taipei, dated back to 1783, a traditional Fujianese style home. Visit Taipei National Palace Museum, with over 240,000 items of historical display originally moved from the Forbidden City at Beijing, some of the items passed over 5,000 years long in Chinese history. And a short visit to Shilin Night Market.
Day 7- Taipei
Excursion to the ruins of the Jinguashi Mines. Visit the Goldern Waterfall and Yinyang Sea. Explore Jiufen, and Shifen Old Street in Pingxi.
Day 8 – Taipei/Gateway Airport Home
Depart from Taipei to your Gateway Airport home, where you will arrive on the same day (some flight schedule might arrive on the next day).
